One of the most frequent questions I receive is: Where can I get official information in regards to condominium rules and regulations?

FREE CD Educational Material

The only source here in Florida is the website of the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes. You can request a CD by sending an e-mail to: [email protected]. Please include your full mailing address and whether you are requesting the English or Spanish version.

You will receive the CD titled: 

• CONDOMINIUM EDUCATIONAL AND REFERENCE MATERIALS REVISED 8/2010 PREPARED BY THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT BUSINESS & PROFESSIONAL REGULATION- FLORIDA CONDOMINIUMS, TIMESHARES AND MOBILE HOMES

and two booklets:

• FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE CHAPTERS 61B-15 THROUGH 25, 45 AND 50.

• CHAPTER 718 FLORIDA STATUTES-THE CONDOMINIUM ACT
