CCFJ, Inc. and Dr. Joyce Starr's new publishing imprint, Little Guy Pawprint, proudly announce the publication of the newest book of the Condo Commandos 101 Series. Val Lucier, the author of this book, was the Chief Election Monitor for Dr. Virgil Rizzo, Florida ’s first Condo Ombudsman. The author worked side by side with Dr. Rizzo, setting up the election monitor system. For 15 months Lucier processed all election petition requests and conducted over 60% of all condo elections. The position provided him insight into petitioner concerns. The elections allowed him to observe the environment up close and personal.

The book is fun to read -- some of the more interesting stories -- and very educational, since it explains the condo election process.  Hopefully, this condo election process will soon become the HOA election process as well.  It's part of the big association bill introduced by Florida legislators in 2007!
