Hello,
I've just completed work on a web book called theHOAprimer. I've always
thought the part of the problem homeowner's rights advocates faced in
their efforts to educate the public regarding the negative impact the
HOA industry has created within the American housing market was that
most of the literature available was either created by academics (too
dry and technical to be interesting) or homeowners (too emotional and
overwrought to be credible).
Therefore, I decided to try to bridge the gap between the two extremes
in hopes I could produce an information source that made it easy for the
public to understand the problems that this industry presents to them.
The result is theHOAprimer.
I hope you will help me get the word out by linking up with it and
telling your friends and neighbors about it.
