Master Board -- Who has voting rights?

According to the argument of the master association, only the 6 board members of the master association are ”members” of the master association and have the ability to recall representatives to the board; the individual owners are powerless to recall the board.

But the real question: Who can vote, who can recall -- who is actually a member of the master association.

The arbitrator certified the recall of the three master board members! Interesting points!
