HOW
YOU CAN HELP
Certainly,
your donations would help, as raising funds is an important task
for CCFJ FOUNDATION, Inc. But,
believe it or not, keeping your eyes open for obvious cases of
abuses in community associations -- and reporting them to
us -- is equally important.
Our
main goal is to save the homes of families -- especially those
of retirees – that are dunned by attorneys for small amounts
of unpaid dues. We
call that abuse FORECLOSURES
FOR PEANUTS,
because
small amounts of unpaid dues mushroom into huge bills after
outrageous legal fees are added. We will try to supply legal and
financial help for the families and the retirees that fall into
this trap. The founders of CCFJ FOUNDATION, Inc. think
that nobody deserves to lose his/her home for failing to pay
small amounts of maintenance fees. Our
society should be ashamed to ever allow such an atrocity to
happen.
For
us to help, the owners have to meet the following CRITERIA:
v
Mortgage payments for the property must be up-to-date.
v
Property taxes must be up-to-date.
v
After failing to pay small maintenance fees, owners face a big bill
from an attorney.
Owners
will be selected for assistance on a case-by-case basis.

foreclose for unpaid mortgage payments?
